Two-site immuno-assay for measuring human Factor VII (FVII) Antigen in plasma, or in any fluid where FVII can be present. Assay designed with a rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for FVII for coating the ELISA plate and preparation of horse radish peroxidase (HRP).
