Isotype: Rabbit Ig Antigen used for immunization: Recombinant rat IFN-β (CHO-derived). Purification: Antibodies were sequentially purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation and protein affinity chromatography. Packaging: Lyophilized and vacuum-packed. Contents: 0.5 mg/vial Buffer: Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose. Specificity: Neutralizes both natural and recombinant rat IFN-β. Cross-reactivity with human IFN-β has not been tested. Activity: > 5 x103 neutralizing units/mg IgG.
