In vitro neutralization. Western blot analysis. Isotype: Rabbit Ig. Antigen used for immunization: Recombinant mouse IFN-γ (CHO-derived). Purification: Antibodies were sequentially purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation and protein Aaffinity chromatography. Packaging: Lyophilized and vacuum-packed. Contents: 0.5 mg/vial. Buffer: Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose. Specificity: Binds with high affinity to and neutralizes both natural and recombinant mouse IFN-y. Cross-reactivity with human IFN-γ is less than 0.01% of the homologous combination. Activity: > 2.5 x 104 neutralizing units/mg protein.
