Purification: Antibodies were sequentially purified by ammonium sulphate precipitation and protein Aaffinity chromatography. Packaging: Lyophilized and vacuum-packed. Contents: 0.5 mg/vial Buffer: Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose. Specificity: Binds with high affinity to both natural and recombinant rat IL-4. Cross-reactivity with IL-4 of other species has not been tested.
