Isotype: Mouse IgG1. Production: In vitro using serum free medium. Purification: Ion exchange chromatography. Labeling: With 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (FLUOS). Packaging: Lyophilized and vacuum-packed. Contents: 50 μg/vial. Buffer: Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 1% BSA + 125 mM trehalose. Specificity: Neutralizes both natural and recombinant rat IFN-γ and mouse IFN-γ in vitro and in vivo. The antibody does not bind to rodent IFN-α and –ß or to human IFNs. Activity: 6000 neutralizing units of rat IFN-γ/mg protein.
