Clone: QS-5 Isotype: Mouse IgG1 Buffer: Prior to lyophilization: 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose. Specificity: Binds with high efficiency to natural and recombinant macaque, baboon, African green monkey and Langur IL-5, and efficiently neutralizes monkey IL-5. Quantitation: The concentration of protein was determined by the Bio-Rad protein assay using bovine IgG as a standard. Application: Coating antibody in ELISA and ELISPOT systems-Intracellular staining-In vitro neutralization-Western blot analysis.
