1 tablet dissolved in 500 ml of deionized water yields: 0.01 M Phosphate buffer, 0.0027 M KCl, 0.14 M NaCl, 0.05 % Tween® 20, pH 7.4 at 25° C. Specifically developed for use in immunoassay procedures. Recommended for ELISA procedures. The tablets are formulated from chemicals of analytical quality. One tablet dissolved in 500 ml of deionized water yields 0.01 M Phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 25° C, 0.0027 M KCl, 0.14 M NaCl, 0.05 % Tween® 20. Tablets. Stable for 3 years. Store at room temperature. Drop a magnetic stir bar in a laboratory bottle or a beaker and put it on the magnetic stirrer. Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml of deionized water. After a couple of minutes the solution is ready for use.
