ELISA method for the measurement of IgA isotype auto antibodies targeted to ACA-APA (Anti-Cardiolipin/Anti-Phospholipid-Antibodies).Assay designed with highly characterized and stabilized anionic phospholipids, saturated with an optimal concentration of a fully active human B2GPI preparation, for autoantibody immunocapture. These are then revealed with a goat antibody specific for IgA, a fragments, and labeled with peroxidase. Sample Diluent is adjusted for offering the highest sensitivity and specificity.
