ELISA method for the measurement of IgM isotype auto antibodies targeted to protein C. Assay designed with highly purified human protein C, obtained with non-denaturing methods, for autoantibody immunocapture. These are then revealed with a goat antibody specific for IgM, µ fragments, and labeled with peroxidase.
